Abstract. Adult checkup is the main means of mass preventive actions for cardiovascular diseases in Russia. Its existing problems: errors in analytical data with inaccurate calculations, health groups and statistical reporting; continuity; insufficient dispensary observation of low resistance to recommendations can be solved with for clinical decision support systems (CDSS).
