A "Human resources for the Future" working session of Dmitry Chernyshenko, the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, was held on March 6, 2021, in Innopolis (Kazan).
More than 500 rectors of the country's leading universities, including Moscow State University, MIPT, St. Petersburg State University, ITMO, FEFU, as well as representatives of Yandex, Mail.ru, Sber, X5 Retail Group, Russian Railways, Aeroflot, and Rosatom, joined the meeting in full-time and part-time formats. The program of the event started at Innopolis University with round tables of working groups on priority sectors of the economy and on end-to-end technologies of artificial intelligence.
Alexander Gusev, Webiomed Chief Business Development Officer, took part in a round table on Digital technologies in healthcare. The event was moderated by Pavel Pugachev, Deputy Minister of Health of the Russian Federation. One of the main topics of discussion was the training of qualified personnel for digital health.
"The main priority is the training of the teaching staff. That is, teachers who participate in fundamental and postgraduate education must be involved in the development of innovative products and provided with relevant practical knowledge about the new technologies. Working in cooperation with research community will allow them to produce high-quality demanded solutions for practical use in healthcare", - said Alexander Gusev.
